BIOGRAFÍA
Afincado en Madrid desde 2017, Daniel Juárez es un reconocido saxofonista, compositor y educador. Lanzó su primer disco "Caminos" como líder de la banda en 2014, mostrando grandes habilidades con el saxo tenor, así como en el campo de la composición y los arreglos, y siempre haciendo apuesta por componer nueva música original que mezcla el jazz con estilos tan diversos como el pop, hip-hop, compases de amalgama, baladas, la electrónica, el free y la contemporánea. Su visión innovadora de la música lo convierte en uno de los artistas más destacados de Europa.
Estudió su Grado de Interpretación de Jazz en Musikene (Donostia). Posteriormente, se fue a Holanda para realizar su máster en el Conservatorio Prins Claus, durante la cual realizó un intercambio con el Queens College. Viviría durante seis meses en la ciudad de Nueva York, donde grabó su segundo disco "Neuronal Odd World", lanzado en 2017. Luego regresa a España y lanza "Tales From Some Of That Lands" en 2019. Y más recientemente ha grabado en directo su último disco, "Energía - Live", lanzado el 11 de noviembre (2022) con el sello ΠΚmusic, liderado por el reconocido contrabajista Petros Klampanis.
Ha tocado con artistas como Adam Nussbaum, Dave Liebman, Rhonda Ross, Michael Moore, Rodney Kendrick, Kevin Hays, Jerry González, Alina Engibaryan, Marc Miralta, Owen Hart Jr., Kurt Weiss, Perico Sambeat, Pablo Martín Caminero, Moisés P. Sánchez, Roberto Pistolesi, Guillermo McGill, Miron Rafajlovic, entre otros.
Actualmente compagina su actividad entre los conciertos como músico profesional y la impartición de clases de jazz y música moderna en las asignaturas de saxofón, big band e improvisación, como parte del profesorado de la Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio (UAX) y el Grado Superior de la Escuela Creativa, en Madrid, España.
